If, when you check your tracking number, your parcel appears with the status "delivered" but you don't have it in your hands, we invite you to contact your local post office for more information..

Indeed, once we have entrusted the package to one of our partner carriers such as the Post Office, it is the latter who is responsible for the tracking and proper delivery of your package.

When you place an order comprising different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers will be involved. In addition, and to save you high delivery costs due to excessive delivery weight, the different items in the same order can be sent separately.

It is therefore quite normal that you may receive your items individually and at different times.

DELIVERY TIMES

When you place an order on your shop, it is processed within 48 hours worked by our teams. Within a few days, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow the imminent arrival of your package!

Even if 95% of our parcels are delivered in less than 10 days, the delivery can take up to 3 to 5 weeks in case of force majeure (exceptional events, out of stock, weather conditions ... )
